POA is an impact organisation working in the Australasia region to create a ‘wave of change’ to hasten the reduction of plastic pollution.

Our inclusive charity is led by a group of passionate volunteers, scientists, educators and environment professionals working and collaborating with community groups, businesses, governments and individuals to educate and raise awareness about plastic pollution in the ocean.

Schools Programs

The education program provides and guides students and teachers with practical skills and knowledge to mitigate waste at their campus.

Suitable for all ages, students learn how to create positive change through self-led actions that inspire the community to reduce plastic in their daily lives.

Sustainable Business

Educating big people! We have a program to support everyone. Whether you are a business, government entity or community group our program can support your organisation to reduce, reuse, repurpose, recycle and eventually eliminate plastic in your workplace and beyond.

Science Research

All of our programs are underpinned by scientific research. Our technical advisory panel along with independent global resources provide up-to-date information on new technology and innovation to ensure our programs are accurate and highly relevant.
