POA is an impact organisation working in the Australasia region to create a ‘wave of change’ to hasten the reduction of plastic pollution.
Our inclusive charity is led by a group of passionate volunteers, scientists, educators and environment professionals working and collaborating with community groups, businesses, governments and individuals to educate and raise awareness about plastic pollution in the ocean.

A Plastic Ocean is an award-winning feature-length documentary created by a group of dedicated scientists, film-makers, social entrepreneurs, scholars, environmentalists and journalists. It explores the fragile state of our oceans and uncovers alarming truths about the consequences of our disposable lifestyle.
